1. Cancellation by User

Once a course, test series, or membership is purchased and activated, it cannot be canceled.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for unused periods or partial participation.
Students are advised to review course details carefully before purchasing.

2. Cancellation by Answer Writing गुरुकुल

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend access without refund if:

Violation of platform rules or code of conduct
Misuse of platform, content, or services
Sharing login credentials
Providing false or misleading registration information
Any activity disrupting the learning environment or platform security

3. Refunds Under Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment for the same course or test series
Unresolved technical issues preventing course activation
Course/service canceled by Answer Writing गुरुकुल without alternative

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Include the following details:
- Registered Name
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Course/Test Series name
- Reason for refund request

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees (if applicable)
Activated courses or test series
Partially used services
Promotional or discounted purchases
Late fees or penalties (if applicable)
